The Supreme Court on Tuesday examined the issue whether banks are legally bound to give a personal hearing to account holders before classifying or closing their accounts as “fraud”, and sought the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) response in the matter.
Law as a profession is highly demanding and if one learns to train their minds and control their desires in the nascent stages of their careers, the journey becomes much easier.
Although I didn’t initially have a legal background, my journey into law was driven by a deep desire to create a meaningful change. One defining moment for me was witnessing how many individuals and businesses face barriers in accessing effective legal support.
